The art of natural movement
Push understands the complex factors involved in being able to move naturally. The Push ACL exerts control where necessary, but also continuously helps ensure proper, functional movement of the knee – two factors that are very important to a good healing process and long-term stability.
The functional frame consists of two stays that are connected by two shells at the front and four bandages straps at the back. The leaf spring system in the stays guides the flexion and extension of the knee and provides medial and lateral stability. Since there are no axles in the leaf spring system that can affect or influence motion, the knee can follow its natural pattern of movement. This is closely and automatically followed by the brace, which also helps ensure that the brace stays properly positioned.
The stabilising Non-Ax™ system is constructed independently of the leaf spring system within the sidebars. This system exerts a dynamic pressure via the tibia band on the front side of the lower leg. The degree to which this pressure limits the forward movement of the lower leg during flexion and extension is comparable to that of a non-injured knee.

A customised fit and maximum comfort together in one concept: Push ACL’s construction makes for effective support and easy, no-hassle use.
Push ACL’s compressive support is made of Sympress™, a soft, high-quality micro-fibre material that is very comfortable to the skin and helps keep it dry, thanks to its wicking properties. This bandage provides supportive pressure around the knee joint, and has four frame holders. These frame holders, which determine the position of the functional frame, also have a bolstering effect, which maximises wearing comfort of the brace.
The Non-Ax™ system can be adjusted, as desired, to restrict flexion and/or extension of the knee in 10-degree steps. One-size functional frames are available for right and left knees, and can be easily and individually adjusted. The basis sleeve comes in 5 different sizes, providing an additional element of customisation to ensure a perfect, comfortable fit and highly effective functionality.
